To start off the process, our video production team will meet with you to learn more about your business and your video needs.

As soon as the contract is signed, received by us, and any applicable payments made, we will schedule shooting day(s) (if applicable) and solidify a time to capture the video we need. Any interviews must be scheduled before shoots for b-roll to achieve the best storyline.

You can expect to receive a first proof of your final video four weeks after the last day of filming. 

After we send the first proof, you provide us with detailed revisions of any changes. Specific changes should be addressed using the timecode that the change is desired. This first set of revisions is covered by the price of your Video Collection. Any further revisions can be done with a small charge, as detailed in your contract.

Two weeks after we receive a list of your revisions, we will deliver the final proof of your videos. For projects with multiple video projects, please refer to the contract as to the timeline for delivery of videos. Generally the final version of the first video is delivered 6 weeks after the final day of shooting. Subsequent videos are generally delivered in 2 week increments after that.
