In 2016 we traveled to Antananarivo, Madagascar with Operation Smile to document their process from beginning to end.

Operation Smile conducts medical missions in several cities across Madagascar. Since 2007 Operation Smile has provided free surgical care to more than 1,550 patients in Madagascar with cleft lip, cleft palate, and other facial deformities.
